When you place an order or send an enquiry, we collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery address (if applicable), the file or artwork you upload, and details about your order (product, quantity, price, and status). If you contact us on WhatsApp, we can see the messages and phone number you use to message us.

We use this information only to process and deliver your order, verify payment, communicate order updates (by WhatsApp and email), and provide customer support. We don't sell your information to anyone, and we don't use it for marketing unless you've separately opted in.

3. Where it's stored

Order details and uploaded files are stored securely with our database and file storage provider (Supabase). Order status messages may be sent to you over WhatsApp by our staff directly — we don't use any automated WhatsApp messaging platform. Payment is handled by bank transfer directly with your bank — we never see or store your card or banking credentials.

4. Cookies & analytics

We may use standard website analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site (for example, which pages are viewed most). These tools use cookies or similar technology and don't collect information that identifies you personally beyond general usage patterns.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, support, and legal purposes. Uploaded files are kept as part of your order history; if you'd like a file removed sooner, just ask us.

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep for legal or accounting reasons. Just contact us using the details below.
