A4 Document Printing
Colombo & Suburbs only — self-pickup or delivery.
1. Upload your PDF
Go to Order Now, upload the PDF you want printed, choose Black & White or Colour, and enter how many pages.
2. Choose how you'll receive it
Right on the order form, pick self-pickup — arrange your own PickMe Flash or Uber Parcel using our pickup point, free — or have PrintNow book and send it for a flat LKR 100 (just add your delivery address). Your total updates instantly either way.
3. Submit — no payment yet
We don't take any payment at checkout. Submit your order with your contact details and we'll take it from there. This way nothing is ever charged automatically if we're closed or can't take an order right now.
4. We review & message you
Our team reviews your order and messages you on WhatsApp (070 722 6463) to confirm it and send our bank account details (Seylan Bank), with your Order ID as the payment reference to use.
5. Pay by bank transfer
Transfer the total using the reference we sent you. Attach your receipt anytime from the Track Order page if you'd like — it's optional.
6. We verify & print
Your order status starts as Pending Payment Verification. Once our team confirms the transfer, it moves to Payment Verified and printing begins immediately.
7. Get it delivered
Self-pickup: once it's Ready for Pickup, book your PickMe Flash/Uber Parcel to collect from us — you pay the ride fare directly to the rider. PrintNow-arranged: we book it and it goes Out for Delivery to your address.
8. Track your order
Use your Order ID on the Track Order page anytime to see live status: Printing → Ready for Pickup / Out for Delivery → Delivered.

2. See your price instantly
Your total updates live as you set dimensions, quantity, and finishing options like eyelets or a pocket.
3. Upload your artwork
Attach your print-ready design file right on the order form.
4. Submit your order
Add your delivery details — banners ship islandwide — and submit. Like every order on PrintNow.lk, no payment is taken yet.
5. Pay by bank transfer
Our team messages you on WhatsApp (070 722 6463) to confirm and send our bank details (Seylan Bank), with your Order ID as the reference. Once we verify your transfer, we print and ship it to you.
