What areas do you serve?

Depends on the service. A4 document printing is Colombo & Suburbs only, with self-pickup or PrintNow-arranged delivery. Everything else — flex banners, business cards, flyers, brochures, stickers, roll-up banners, event backdrops, t-shirts, and merchandise — ships islandwide by courier, anywhere in Sri Lanka.

How do I get my order once it's printed?

Two options, your choice, right on the order form: arrange your own PickMe Flash or Uber Parcel pickup using our pickup point — free — or have PrintNow book and send it for a flat LKR 100, which needs your delivery address. Either way, the PickMe Flash/Uber Parcel ride fare itself is paid by you directly to the rider at delivery, not to PrintNow.

What file formats do you accept?

PDF only for now. Please make sure your file is print-ready — pages will be printed exactly as uploaded, on A4 paper.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer / bank deposit. We don't take payment automatically at checkout — after you submit your order, our team reviews it and messages you on WhatsApp with our account details and your Order ID as the payment reference. That way nothing is charged if we can't take your order right away. Attach your receipt anytime from the Track Order page once you've paid, if you'd like — it's optional, we verify against the reference too.

When does printing start?

As soon as our team verifies your payment. Your order sits as 'Pending Payment Verification' until then — this usually takes a few minutes, even at night.

How is the night surcharge calculated?

It's a flat amount per order (not per page), based on the time you submit your order: +LKR 100 between 10 PM–1 AM, +LKR 200 between 1 AM–5 AM. Outside those hours, there's no surcharge at all.

Plenty — PrintNow.lk now covers 10 services in total. Alongside A4 document printing, we do flex banners (instant online pricing), plus business cards, flyers, brochures, stickers, roll-up banners, event backdrops, t-shirts, and merchandise printing, all quoted quickly by WhatsApp or email. Banners and everything on that quoted list ship islandwide, not just Colombo.

What happens to my uploaded documents afterwards?

For your privacy and to save space, every document you upload is automatically and permanently deleted from our system within 24 hours of your order being delivered or cancelled — nobody needs to ask, it just happens. We'll email you to confirm once it's done. Your order record (order number, amounts, status history) stays in the system so you can still track your order history and reuse any coupon you earned; it's only the file itself that's removed.

How much does it cost to print documents in Colombo?

A4 Black & White printing is LKR 10 per page and A4 Colour is LKR 40 per page — that's the whole price list for document printing in Colombo & Suburbs. The only extras are an optional night surcharge (only if you order between 10 PM and 5 AM) and a small flat envelope/packing fee, both shown clearly on your live total before you submit. Yes — PrintNow.lk is your emergency printing option across Colombo & Suburbs, any hour of the day or night. There's no physical walk-in shop to visit; instead you upload your PDF online from anywhere and either pick it up from our point using PickMe Flash/Uber Parcel or have us deliver it. It's the closest thing to a print shop that's always "near you," 24/7.

Can I print Word documents, or only PDF?

PDF only for now — it's the one format that prints exactly as designed, with no risk of fonts or layout shifting between devices. If your file is a Word document, PowerPoint, or image, export or 'Save as PDF' first (every phone and computer can do this), then upload the PDF.

How fast can you print something for me right now?

Accepted Answer

Fast — most orders are printed within 30 minutes of payment being verified, day or night, because there's no queue behind other customers' jobs the way there is at a walk-in shop. Realistically: submit your order, we verify your bank transfer (usually quick, even at 2 AM), and printing begins right away — so if it's an emergency, same-hour turnaround is the norm here, not the exception.

Do you print resumes, CVs, assignments, or exam papers?

Yes — any document that's an A4 PDF, we print: resumes and CVs, university assignments, exam papers, reports, contracts, forms, and general business documents. Choose Black & White for text-heavy documents or Colour if it includes charts, photos, or design work.

What's the difference between self-pickup and PrintNow-arranged delivery?

Self-pickup is free — you book your own PickMe Flash or Uber Parcel rider to our pickup point once your order's ready, and pay the ride fare directly to the rider. PrintNow-arranged delivery costs a flat LKR 100 on top of your print total, and we book the rider straight to your address instead, so you don't have to arrange anything yourself. Both options print on the same schedule; the only difference is who books the ride.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, especially easily before payment is verified — message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID as soon as possible and we'll cancel it. Since we never charge automatically at checkout, nothing has been paid yet at that stage. If your order has already moved to Printing or later, contact us right away and we'll do our best, but a job already in progress may not be cancellable.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer / bank deposit only, for now. After you submit your order, we message you our bank account details on WhatsApp along with your Order ID as the payment reference. We don't currently support card payments, cash on delivery, or digital wallets.
